While our pastas and polenta work well with any delicious sauce you come up with, our flours are a bit more finicky. Most recipes available online and in cookbooks are developed for refined white flour, so you may need to play around with our whole wheat flour to find what level of hydration works best for your recipe. But experimenting is half the fun, right?
