About Our Recipes

While our pastas and polenta work well with any tasty sauce you come up with, our flours are a bit more finicky. Since most recipes available online and in cookbooks are developed for refined white flour, you may need to play around with our 100% whole wheat flour to find what level of hydration works best for your specific recipe – particularly with sourdoughs. But that’s half the fun, right?

In the meantime, we’ll keep working with local bakers, chefs, and even the inspiring online baking community to develop Community Grains-approved recipes, making sure you’ve got a bunch of yummy recipes from the get-go!
