What’s “whole” grain? According to the USDA, only 51% of a product needs to be whole grain for it to be labelled as whole grain! Misleading, right? We’re committed to 100% whole grains, milled intact and unsifted. If we sift out any of the good-for-you bits (the bran and germ), it’s no more than 3% (industry standard is 10% and often much more) and we will always let you know.
