Localizing Wheat

Community Granary is a participatory initiative which endeavors to localize the storage, cleaning, pick-up, packing, shipping, and processing of grains. The Granary was born out of a USDA feasibility study and is developing quickly as a means to bolster Northern California’s regional grain economy. Our Community Granary kernels and flour are currently marketed and sold to food service customers. Stay tuned as we evolve!
